Q: What way can I pay for the product I just bought?

You can pay the product using J&T Express COD (Cash-On-Delivery), which is our main payment method for all our order transactions. Your payment will be processed and collected by the J&T Express delivery man which trained to secure the delivery service for Cash-On-Delivery transactions nationwide.


Q: How long does delivery of packages take?

We offer Free Express Shipping to your order without minimum quantity of any chosen item. All customers from (Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao), orders are delivered in 5-10 business days provided that the address is complete and the receiver is available to receive the package. All orders nationwide are delivered by J&T Express with tracking number. We shipped to any part of the Philippines. You can track your order here

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, don't hesitate to inform us so prompt actions will be taken as soon as possible. If you are unavailable to receive a delivery, our courier may leave you a delivery attempt notice informing you re-delivery or giving you instructions.

We will send you an email and SMS notification containing the tracking number of your order once we already processed your order. Sometimes there are delays in the delivery of the item when bad weather occurs, e.g. Typhoons, floods and other force of nature that we can't control. Thank you for understanding. Q: May I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, only refunds or replacements (for damaged/defective items). However, you can simply return your item for a full refund and place another order through our website, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
